Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead quality assurance efforts within an Agile Scrum team. The successful candidate will ensure robust test coverage and effective defect management, with a focus on EFTPOS technology and payment industry standards.

Function Overview

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts within an Agile Scrum team. This includes ensuring robust test coverage and effective defect management, with a focus on EFTPOS technology and payment industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years of EFTPOS payments testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and SDLC.
  • Good knowledge in card payments, including financial messaging standards (ISO 8583, AS2805).
  • Experience with scheme certifications (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, UPI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in requirements analysis, test planning, and test environment setup.
  • Proficiency in test case creation, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira and X-Ray.
