About the Job

This Technical Support Expert position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests regarding software, hardware, and network operations difficulties with fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.
  • Accurately document calls and incidents for future reference.
  • Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels and maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Assign incidents and requests to the correct support group and act as a single point of contact on incidents and problems logged.
  • Perform appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process and provide clients with a reference number for their incident/request.
  • Support multiple clients through customer service professionalism and insight, while being flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Comprehend and uphold company policies and procedures (including time reporting, attendance, etc).
