- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Manage and allocate work tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a blue card administered by the relevant authority.
- Current 'C' Class Driver's license required for travel.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as social work or community development.
