Job Title: Senior Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate senior team lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team of professionals and driving change and impact through your commitment to continuously improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals.
  • Monitor real-time team performance and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with all levels of management and external stakeholders while modelling our organisation's values.
  • Provide in-the-moment debrief and support to staff who are managing complex and sensitive cases.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Social Work, Behavioural Studies, or Psychology.
  • Registration under ACA, PACFA, AASW, or AHPRA.
  • Highly valued knowledge and expertise in supporting staff to provide evidenced-informed best-practice support for callers who have experienced sexual violence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
