Job Overview

This role will be responsible for supporting the VP of Creative in developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns, overseeing photoshoot logistics and production schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the VP of Creative in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinating with agency partners to ensure production budgets are in line with quarterly forecasts.
  • Assessing photoshoot requirements, allocating budgets, coordinating logistics, securing necessary resources, and overseeing production from shot list creation to final asset delivery.
  • Working with project managers to ensure all assets are delivered to appropriate channel owners for timely dissemination.
  • Serving as a key contact for production-side agencies to facilitate the development of assets for integrated marketing plans and communicating plans and deliverables for timely delivery to media agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of marketing experience recommended.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar required.
  • Outstanding marketing skills within the consumer goods and/or fashion/retail category preferred.
  • Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns, content development/management, promotions, partnerships, and brand programming preferred.
