Lead Centre Professional

The Lead Centre Professional role at our organisation is a dynamic opportunity to inspire and motivate the centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with local community networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Leadership: Assist the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Centre Management: Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Practice Implementation: Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
