Early Childhood Educator Leader

As a seasoned leader in early childhood education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive.

Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you will design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Maintain open communication with families through regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Proven experience in leading a team within a childcare service.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
