Lead Educator Role

A highly motivated and experienced educator is sought to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in curriculum development and implementation, staff supervision and mentoring, and ensuring high-quality care and education for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum that promotes each child's learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the early childhood teacher and leadership team to shape a nurturing and empowering environment for educators and children alike
- Foster strong relationships with families through effective communication and collaboration

About the Service:

The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play yards.

Our purpose-built 84 place service offers a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and education that meets the unique needs of each child.

We utilize the Story Park platform to enrich our communication with families about their child's development and foster active participation.


Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and delivering an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development
- Working closely with an early childhood teacher and a supportive leadership team
- Helping children build a strong sense of identity
- Contributing to shaping a nurturing and empowering environment for educators and children
- Utilizing the Story Park platform to communicate with families about their child's development and foster active participation
