Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our educational team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment and ensuring high-quality education for children.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for early childhood education. If you have a Diploma in Early Education or a Bachelor in ECEC, relevant experience, and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

About Our Service
  • We are a purpose-built service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play yards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging curriculums that cater to diverse learning needs.

Requirements
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Education or a Bachelor in ECEC.
  • Experience in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare.
  • Be willing to support and guide the team.
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Available to open and close when required.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
