Job Title: Reception/Office Admin

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in administration and reception duties? We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hudson Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
    • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Principals Assistant:
    • Create and manage spreadsheets, send correspondence, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
    • Book travel arrangements and manage calendars.
    • Use CRM systems to track and update meetings, calls, and emails.
    • Organize marketing meetings and events.
  • Potentials Matters:
    • Set up new potentials in workbench and conduct searches.
    • Input search results and save correspondence.
    • Prepare and issue appointment documents and emails.
    • Set up appointments for signing processes.
  • File Matters:
    • Assist with creditor-related tasks and update Proof of Debt Lodgements.
    • Manage file-related tasks such as issuing payslips and confirming bank details.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, including Reception.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Warm and welcoming customer service/communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with an hour lunch break.
  • Initial 6-8 week assignment with opportunity for full-time permanent position.
  • Weekly timesheets and training provided.
