Job Overview

The role of Client Services Officer entails being the primary point of contact for client inquiries and providing support to the coordinator and other team members in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CALENDARS MANAGEMENT: Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Responding promptly and professionally to all client calls and inquiries.
  • ASSISTANCE PROVIDER: Attending to general client inquiries and providing assistance wherever possible, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: A Diploma or Cert IV in Business Administration or relevant fields is preferred.
  • CLIENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated experience as the first point of contact for clients within an organisation, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • OPERATIONS OVERSIGHT: Ability to oversee day-to-day office operations, including equipment and supply management.
  • COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Excellent computer skills, including data entry and software applications.
  • TEAMWORK AND INDEPENDENCE: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently with minimal supervision.
