We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with us in managing home loan applications and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage home loan applications, build relationships, and foster long-term partnerships with customers.
- Deliver lending consultations, both in-person and virtually, to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance and financial products that enhance the overall value proposition for our customers.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team, leveraging diverse skills and expertise to drive business outcomes.
- RG146 Tier 2 certification or willingness to obtain is required. We offer support for those looking to upgrade their skills.
- Previous experience in banking is essential, with a focus on lending and customer relationship management.
- A solid understanding of lending processes, including NCCP compliance, is crucial for success in this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for building trust with customers and colleagues alike.
- The ability to drive results through effective client relationship management is a key expectation of this position.
- Experience working towards targets and meeting performance metrics will be highly valued.
