About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with personal care activities, assisting with mobility, and helping them complete their daily tasks.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with mobility, including transfers and walking assistance
  • Help clients complete their daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores

We have clients living in various suburbs in Melbourne, and we offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field
  • A current and valid driver's licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Proficiency in the use of technology, such as smartphones, email, and internet
