About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Community Support Worker Level 2. This role will involve working closely with clients in their homes, providing support with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Promote independence and self-management skills among clients, encouraging them to take an active role in their care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • A current First Aid Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • A current driver's license and access to a registered and insured vehicle.
  • Covid-19 vaccinations (including booster) certification.
