About the Role
At Belgravia Leisure, our Customer Service Officers are the backbone of our operations, providing exceptional services to our members, casual users, and potential new members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class services that align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Offer membership information and sales support to customers
- Promote our services and programs to customers and manage bookings and enrolments
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
- Exercise excellent public relations at all times
- Ensure the safe and secure opening and closing of the centre
Requirements
- Positive, friendly, and energetic work style
- Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and POS systems
- Desirable: experience in the leisure industry and current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
