Job Overview

The role of Field Service Engineer plays a crucial part in our organization's success.

As a key team member, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to field sites, ensuring seamless support and advice.

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods, and documentation for the installation teams at the job site.

Proactive identification of risks and opportunities, along with effective communication with the project team and customers, are vital aspects of this position.

  • Provide technical support and advice to field sites.
  • Prepare and maintain work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods, and documentation.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and communicate with the project team and customers.

In addition, you will participate in design review meetings, ensure the availability of HSE, quality plans, and documents, develop and ensure the availability of project-specific procedures and safety assessments, determine site layouts, tooling/fixtures, and site infrastructure requirements, monitor target achievement regarding quality, schedule, costs, and support corrective actions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS office suite, SAP, and Primavera P6 are essential for this position.
