**What is the focus of the role?**:
Our team is focused on growing a standalone infrastructure business, increasing the visibility of Amplitel as a strong, viable business in the market and enhance future optionality. We are looking for a Site Share - Technical Site Share Specialists who will play key roles in the colocation team and contributing to delivery of a superior experience for our customers on Amplitel's sites.
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Undertake Site Share Compliance activities including engagement with Ampitel's Front Door, customer / agents and facilitating approvals.
- Ensure compliance to standards, including; site share, structural engineering, design & construct and EME.
- Management of key DBoRs in Amplitel systems.
- Review & analyse technical design submissions from access seekers co-locating onto Amplitel assets.
- Ensure compliance to Australian standards & Supply Authority Regulatory requirements.
- Actively engage with all key internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of processes to deliver efficiencies
- Work collaboratively to resolve complex issues as they arise and within agreed timeframes

**About you**
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Strong understanding of Site Share/Colocation processes in the mobiles/wireless/radio/network industry
- 5+ years' industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in Site Share.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple queues in compressed time in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience across multiple departments and cross functional teams.
- Ability to navigate and translate complex issues in an understandable, organised method.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships & communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track and monitor large volumes of work.
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate competing priorities.
