Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

As a highly motivated technical support specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our team of professionals.

About the Role:
  • You will provide on-site and remote technical support to our team at our Sydney office.
  • Support and troubleshoot hardware devices, including MacBooks, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Manage assets, including maintaining accurate records, procurement, provisioning, and management.
  • Contribute to our global support model by responding to service requests through our channels.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and ability to support users on-site.
  • Skilled in supporting MDM-managed Apple/Mac hardware in an enterprise environment.
  • Experienced in administering and supporting tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Adept at managing employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning/de-provisioning and hardware logistics.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
