Job Title: Solar Administrator

About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Solar Administrator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases to support our solar power systems and renewable energy initiatives.

  2. Prepare quotes and establish customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.

  3. Schedule appointments and coordinate with our installation team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  4. Perform general office duties, including managing paperwork and files, and maintaining financial records.

  5. Process customer orders, quotes, and telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  6. Identify opportunities to upsell and promote our products and services to customers.

  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong desire to make a career in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Information
