About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing solar project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of solar projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Designed, developed, and supervised major renewable energy projects ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Addressed questions and resolved issues related to contracts, solar projects & services involved.
  • Coordinated with project managers and other team members to meet solar project objectives.
  • Supervised contractor work and reported on any changes to work orders.
  • Provided specialized advice on electrical engineering methods and procedures.
  • Managed solar project operations including planning, execution, and oversight of schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drafted and reviewed submissions and reports related to project activities.
  • Fostered relationships with renewable energy associations and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the renewable energy industry or solar project management.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in project management, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong project management, financial, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and technical documentation.
