Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery & Installation Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery and installation of our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Delivery and Installation Manager in managing system workflows, procurement administration, documentation, and install readiness processes.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to reduce delays and improve coordination between sales, warehouse, and installation teams.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years' experience in operations coordination or project administration
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage high-volume documentation with precision
