About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals in Victoria. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services, helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

As a valued team member, you will support clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments at worksites, homes, and other locations to identify Return to Work barriers
  • Liaising with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian-recognised degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • The ability to travel and hold a current driver's licence
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Determination to provide high-quality customer service
  • Punctuality and effective time management
