About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst to join our team at Qantas Group. As a key member of our Cabin Crew division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning and timely scheduling of Cabin Crew across both International and Domestic divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to support efficient planning and scheduling of Cabin Crew.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory, statutory, and industrial awards to ensure Cabin Crew compliance.
  • Prepare accommodation, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver bid period planning deadlines.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Superior Award/EA knowledge and interpretation ability.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly developed time management and organisation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel (spreadsheets and formulas).
