We are seeking a highly skilled Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst to join our team at Qantas Group. As a key member of our Cabin Crew division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient planning and timely scheduling of Cabin Crew across both International and Domestic divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to support efficient planning and scheduling of Cabin Crew.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory, statutory, and industrial awards to ensure Cabin Crew compliance.
- Prepare accommodation, flights, and allowances for crew as required, including reporting and invoicing/purchase order processing.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver bid period planning deadlines.
- Demonstrated team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Superior Award/EA knowledge and interpretation ability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-driven individual.
- Ability to work under pressure.
