Your Role
In the capacity of an Account Manager, you will oversee the management of our Corporate Clients within the NSW Region, focusing on accounts with an annual turnover ranging from $25M to $250M.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of around 120 accounts, emphasizing the upselling and cross-selling of both existing and new products, providing training and support, and maintaining regular communication with clients. Your goal will be to proactively illustrate the ongoing benefits that CreditorWatch offers to businesses.
Once acclimated to your role, you will implement various account management strategies aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities within your existing customer portfolio to drive growth.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Address and resolve client complaints, enhancing processes to prevent future issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, sharing insights with clients to position the company as a strategic partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will ideally possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within the SaaS sector. You will demonstrate a nurturing approach, showcasing exceptional problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills.
