Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional


About the Role

A highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Professional is required to lead a multi-classification team undertaking testing and work as a productive member of an integrated Agile team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Test Strategy Development: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies to identify and mitigate risks associated with software delivery.
  2. Testing Activities Management: Oversee and manage testing activities, including test case development, test execution, and defect identification.
  3. Integration Scripting: Design, write, and run integration scripts to ensure seamless software integration.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test processes, outcomes, and defects. Provide clear and concise reports on test results and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to develop effective testing solutions that enhance software delivery workflows.

Requirements
  • Australian Government Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance is mandatory.
  • Substantial experience in testing software and systems, with a focus on acceptance testing and project-level test strategies.
  • Excellent documentation skills to provide high-quality documentation of test processes and outcomes.
