">- ">Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality testing services to meet client expectations.">Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.">Develop and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistency in testing disciplines.">Assist in prioritizing and managing the backlog of testing tasks to ensure timely completion.">Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency, coverage, and accuracy of testing activities.">Monitor and report on progress, forecasts, and metrics related to testing activities.">Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on development progress and status.">Work effectively in a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.">
The successful candidate will have:
">- ">A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.">Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.">Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
