Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our private practice team in Perth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across all ages, helping them overcome communication and swallowing challenges.

This position is about collaboration; you will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver enjoyable and impactful therapy experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's unique speech and language needs
  • Create personalized treatment plans that align with your clients' goals and objectives
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions that make a real difference in the lives of our clients
  • Work as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team
  • Keep accurate records to track progress and monitor outcomes
  • Share your knowledge and offer support to clients and their families
Key Requirements:
  • A relevant degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Association or equivalent
  • Experience in assessing and treating communication disorders, including speech and language impairments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives
