Job Description

As a senior pharmacist, you will play a critical role in promoting safe and rational drug therapy across various medical services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patients' medication profiles and providing expert guidance on appropriate treatment options.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety and quality of care within geriatric and surgical medicine services.
  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise to pharmacy staff and other disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess:

  • Extensive experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, with a focus on geriatric and surgical medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
