Sydney Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in Sydney.
The customer service department is a small, close-knit group that work collaboratively and are looking forward to welcoming their next long-term team member.
Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping customers informed about deliveries, estimated times of arrival and delays
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating transaction statuses
- Ensuring timely processing of customer credits
- Collaborating with the offshore finance team to pay supplier invoices on time
- Performing general office duties and ordering office supplies
Requirements for Success:
- Previous experience working in a customer service role, interacting with customers, wholesalers and sales representatives
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills - Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Oracle, JDE and ERP systems, SharePoint etc.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Someone who is driven, motivated and enthusiastic
