Customer Support Professional Opportunity

The role involves proactively servicing and supporting supplier/distributor clients, conducting training on products via phone, web-based and face-to-face meetings, participating in sales and marketing projects, handling client account management functions, analysing customer service processes, and bringing forth ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
