Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our diverse and passionate team in Sydney CBD.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing a busy inbox, and performing data entry/administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take inbound calls in relation to invoices, delivery updates, or general customer service queries
  2. Provide exceptional customer service experience every day
  3. Manage a high volume of emails and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
