Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to fill this role in Sydney.

This is an ongoing position with opportunities for long-term growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in logistics or retail
  • Administration and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • A proactive attitude
  • Availability to start work immediately
  • Ability to work morning shifts from 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including overtime pay and the opportunity to progress to a permanent position after 3 months.

Please note that you will need to commute or relocate to Ingleburn, NSW prior to starting work.

Required qualifications include:

  • 1 year of inbound call centre experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of outbound call centre experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

You will also need to have a valid work authorisation for Australia and be willing to work in person.
