Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Precinct Operations Manager to join our team in Exmouth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of base facilities and emergency response capability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve budget, resource, reporting and deliverable goals.
  • Implement Quality and EH&S standards aligned with company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide financial management, including Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities, to support business operations.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in supervising teams comprising various trade professionals.
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering is required. Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent is also acceptable.
  • A minimum of four years relevant experience is essential, with prior responsibility in executing process improvements.
