Maintenance Operations Director

As a key leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to oversee a large diverse team of trade and technical professionals in Exmouth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate within a cross-functional environment to manage resources and reporting to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
  • Quality and EH&S Focus: Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance requirements and requests in accordance with program priorities.
  • Maintenance Performance Management: Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within required quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience keeping teams safe, leading with safety as a core value.
  • Experience supervising a team consisting of various trade and technical professions.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience managing maintenance in a systematic way to get the most out of assets entrusted.
  • Exposure to Engineering Change Management processes.
  • A Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering is preferred.

This role requires a motivated individual who can lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
