The firm is seeking a skilled Administration Support Specialist to join the Operations Team in Adelaide.

About the Role
  • Assist with reception duties, including mail sorting and distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including ordering stationery and staff supplies.
  • Manage stock levels and conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Coordinate courier services and handle photocopying, scanning, and binding tasks.
  • Liaise with building management for maintenance requests and facilities management.
  • Set up meeting rooms and events, and assist with IT hardware setup and maintenance.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.

You will be an enthusiastic team player who can effectively prioritise their workload and work well under pressure.
