Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Aged Care team, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end recruitment support to six Aged Care facilities across Northern NSW.
Your primary responsibility will be to source, attract and select top talent for various roles within the organization. This includes:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a similar industry or organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
