Concession Store Manager

As a Concession Manager at Country Road Group, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our concession stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service culture, while also building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity in our concession stores
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to drive business results and improve operational efficiency

- A passion for the retail industry and a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
- Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail environments and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and operational excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
