About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to lead our team at Yarra Trail David Jones Marion. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and styling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team to achieve business goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain operational excellence in handling products, visual merchandising, and loss prevention management
  • Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Recruit, select, and train team members who embody Yarra Trail values
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store David Jones team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities

Requirements:

  • Concession or boutique store retail leadership experience
  • Enthusiasm for creating modern, authentic service experiences for customers
  • Familiarity with styling outfits that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs
  • Experience with stock control and VM, with comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
