About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Store Manager to lead our team at Yarra Trail David Jones Adelaide City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Recruit, select, and train team members to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a concession or boutique store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business goals
  • Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
