**Senior Trust Manager – Securitisation Asset Finance**

This well-established non-bank lender, specialising in consumer & Commercial Asset Finance products, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Trust Manager to lead the Trust Management division.

The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience, preferably in the Mortgages or Asset Finance sector, and a strong background in securitisation. They will be responsible for managing a treasury operations team, overseeing daily securitisation trusts, and communicating with investors and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day securitisation trust management operations across consumer and commercial financing
  • Manage all funding vehicles, including ABS issuance and warehouses
  • Oversee daily securitisation trusts, including cash flow management, payment processing, asset performance monitoring, and compliance with trust agreements
  • Manage all structuring, execution, and management of securitisation transactions
  • Responsible for the operation and monitoring of the performance of the trusts and reporting models
  • Communicate with investors and stakeholders, providing regular updates
  • Manage a small team
