The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Associate to join our leading Band 1 Corporate Structured and Asset Finance team based in Sydney. In this role, you will work with leading Partners John Angus and Steven Catanzariti, as well as other HSF finance partners in Australia.
As a Senior Associate, you will benefit from premium exposure advising on transactions in all sectors of structured finance, asset finance, and corporate financing. Our client base includes financiers, originators, borrowers, lessors, lessees, and governmental and international organisations. You will advise on both domestic and cross-border transactions, including debt, lease, and capital markets driven products, securitisations, receivables financings, vendor programmes, and retail finance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical advice on a range of finance transactions, with a focus on asset and structured finance.
- Work collaboratively with Partners and other team members to provide high-quality advice to clients.
- Develop a network of relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
