Job Overview

This is a permanent and full-time position as an operator in the production team, working on night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment according to established procedures and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Mix and compound product formulations based on batch instructions.
  • Prepare and setup manufacturing equipment, including operation, cleaning, and setup of machinery/equipment.
  • Control production processes and perform tasks in compliance with GMP and HACCP principles.
  • Complete accurate records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WI's).
  • Apply safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate effectively across all technologies in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and GMP/HACCP principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints.
