Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to meet production standards, feeding product into converting machines, and stacking products onto palettes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate high-speed machinery to produce cardboard packaging in accordance with quality and service standards.
- Feed product into converting machines and arrange product at machine discharge points.
- Stack products onto palettes for further processing, ensuring all board stacked are neat and stable.
- Assist in machine setup, dismantling, and job changes tasks for production runs.
- Perform quality inspection checks and procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to customers.
- Maintain safe work practices and a high level of housekeeping at all times.
- Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
- A strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on a rotating roster.
- Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and display attention to detail in quality control.
