Senior Client Success Professional

• Client Portfolio Management: Oversee client relationships and deliver video content programs successfully.
• Revenue Generation: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Client Requirements: Understand client needs, projects scope, and estimate project costings.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals to win new projects.
• Brief Response: Respond effectively to briefs and RFQ's.
• Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Crm Data Entry: Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (Hubspot).
• Meetings: Facilitate handover and kickoff meetings with new clients and our production team.
• Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Content Creation: Create and optimize engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Client Understanding: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
