
Senior Client Success Professional

This key position focuses on client relationship management, driving business expansion and content marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee client relationships and deliver video content programs successfully.
- Revenue Generation: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Client Requirements: Understand client needs, projects scope, and estimate project costings.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals to win new projects.
- Brief Response: Respond effectively to briefs and RFQ's.
- Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Crm Data Entry: Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (Hubspot).
- Meetings: Facilitate handover and kickoff meetings with new clients and our production team.
- Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Content Creation: Create and optimize engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Client Understanding: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative Mindset: A creative approach with the ability to think laterally and solve complex problems.
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Structured Process: A structured approach with the ability to follow a proven process.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Sales Targets: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
