**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineering LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers in building, testing, deploying, and maintaining software from development through to production.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and senior stakeholders.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers.
  • Mentoring and coaching mid-level and senior engineers.
  • Strengthening engineering practices, improving DevOps culture, and ensuring platform health in terms of reliability, security, resilience, and efficiency.
  • Managing skill development, including secure system design and coding practices, ensuring team alignment to company security principles.
  • Leading the wellbeing of the team by fostering safety, inclusivity, diversity, and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and AWS.
  • Experience leading a team & technical outcomes within a software team.
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud development, and API management.
