Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educational Leader to join our vibrant, purpose-built centre in Darwin, NT.

  • Support and mentor educators to deliver engaging, child-led programs that foster growth and innovation
  • Lead reflective practice across the team to encourage collaboration and consistent high-quality practices throughout the centre
  • Utilize digital tools effectively to document children's learning in a meaningful and professional way
  • Establish strong relationships with children to support their development and wellbeing
  • Partner with families to promote open communication and shared goals
  • Guide the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality educational programs
  • Current First Aid, PR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Valid Working with Children Check
