What You'll Bring
A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Essential)
Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Check), First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Proven experience as a Centre Director or Manager, confidently handling day-to-day operations
A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and all relevant regulations and legislation
Excellent people leadership skills — confident mentoring, guiding and developing your team
Proficiency with QikKids, QK Kiosk, CCS, ISS and other digital management platforms
A commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and empowering your educators
A passion for building strong family and community connections
Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families, staff, and community
Mentor and support your team, including the 2IC and Educational Leader
Oversee the delivery of high-quality curriculum and documentation
Maintain excellence in indoor/outdoor presentation and learning environments
Drive and maintain strong occupancy levels
Manage staff performance, recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and compliance
Ensure QIP is alive and evolving — not just a document, but a practice
Keep all policies and ACECQA/legislative requirements up to date and actioned
