Are you an inspiring, energetic educator who thrives in a team that values warmth, respect, and purpose?

At Wellokids Valley Road, we're on the lookout for a passionate Educator (Cert III or Diploma qualified) to join our team full time, working 38 hours per week. You'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality early learning experiences that support children to thrive, while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Your role will include

  • Supporting children's learning through engaging, play-based experiences
  • Contributing to planning, documentation, and reflection with your team
  • Fostering a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
  • Communicating positively with children, families and colleagues
  • Following all compliance, health, and safety procedures
  • Supporting room routines, transitions and daily tasks with initiative and care

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Child Protection training
  • A warm, respectful communicator who brings joy and professionalism to their work
  • A collaborative team player who loves making a difference every day
