Groundsperson Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to join our team and contribute to maintaining our beautifully maintained golf courses.

The ideal candidate will have experience in turf maintenance, pest and disease control, as well as tree pruning and removal. A current Class C driver's license is also required.

About the Role
  • This is an entry-level position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance of golf course, gardens, and adjacent areas.
  2. Turf maintenance, pest and disease control, weed control.
  3. Tree pruning and removal of trees and shrubs.
  4. Litter pick up, mulching, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
  5. Liaising with team leader to sustain and improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Golf course experience.
  • Current Class C driver's license.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake.
  • WHS Construction Induction (White Card) or willingness to undertake.
  • Chemsmart/Smartrain or willingness to undertake.
