The goal of this position is to oversee and direct the development of clinical education activities across various programs.

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist with a strong clinical presence to lead our Pharmacy Learning and Development Team. The successful candidate will design and implement core clinical education activities, including intern, undergraduate, residency, and advanced residency programs.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education. Key responsibilities include leading the development and management of educational programs, designing credentialing packages, and working collaboratively to achieve high-quality patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and management of core clinical education activities
  • Design and implement key programs, including intern, undergraduate, residency, and advanced residency programs
  • Conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education
  • Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and build learning packages/credentialing programs
Requirements
  • Registered pharmacist in Australia
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or clinical education highly desirable
  • Extensive experience in leading or developing educational programmes
  • Extensive clinical pharmacy experience in a tertiary care setting
